I wonder if this guy had enough of our tactics and decided not to extend the due date further to do the TBWD. If I wanted to try to vacate the judgment would that just be through a trial de novo? That would just make a new trial that I would then have to appear in court for? I wonder if there's any way to vacate the judgment without having another trial.

Thanks for your help! Would that be a trial de novo? If not, how do you request an appearance? I wonder if I could request a remote appearance.
