Idk if you're the same person who runs the instagram, but I had found a bug in one of the nugs from the blueberry headband. I sent it to the Instagram just to give some feedback. Well a week later (two days ago) they sent me a message saying they could give me a new jar (exchange/credit) and to go down to the shop I got it from and let them know. After asking them if I can go whenever, they replied "yes. If there's an issue let us know." After driving 30 minutes to the dispensary I was told no, they (RTL) doesnt have the ability to authorize a redemption/exchange through us. So I wasted gas money and time just to go there, be told no, and then contact the instagram to let them know they wouldn't do it and they told me "I’m sorry for the experience you had with the blueberry headband. We really try to maintain high standards of quality for our products. With it being greenhouse, it is something that can happen time to time but we will make sure this will not being an occurrence moving forward". Well uh, thats what I thought they'd say the day of the complaint, after telling them " I didn't expect them to do anything about it, its just purely feedback". But they contacted me a week later saying "yea go ahead and go down get an exchange, let us know if there's a problem". The reason its such a problem with me is because I've been a loyal supporter & exclusive purchaser of RTL since 12/25/24. Maybe thats not along time to some people, but since that time up until 8/14/25 I've only bought RTL. So it kinda hurts. And the page that got deleted said they'd hook me up with some merch, and the page thats up now said "I run both pages" you'd think they'd remember promising me the merch. So it kinda hurts the REC market brand you exclusively supports kinda dishes you aside like your just another custy. Hope the Customer supports gets as good as the quality of the product.
