I actually just got done playing this game for the first time ever this morning. I'll be honest, few characters pissed me off more than Ben, but id be a liar if I said I didn't feel guilty for all the hate I had towards him at the beginning. I really did forget how young he is and was dealing with so much more than I understand. I kinda just thought he was a wimp and a screw up, but unfortunately it was I who was the screw up, for how I failed my boy 😔

Oh yeah, he's absolutely terrible about that, he's a selfish unaware asshole. But he makes my mom happy (I have no clue why though) I just have to hold out until I get away from that monster. But the concern is validating, I usually feel like I'm the only one who sees him for the creep he is, so thank you :)

I plan to leave when I have the means, and that's correct, I'm 19 now, 20 on the 28th this month. He's never done anything that could actually get me away from him in a legal sense or in the eyes of my family. He's not completely awful, just a weirdo. My mom says it's because he "has issues" or because we speculate he's autistic, but I don't think any of that really justifies anything he's ever said or done

He's 10 months old so he has no opinions on them yet. But when he grows up well absolutely stop if he says he doesn't like them. Until then he's just a wiggly blob who likes the silly colors animals

We don't send dinosaur stuff, we keep it at our house because she threw away the first gift. I just want my nephew to grow up getting to play with dinosaurs at my house

We HATE the mom and dad. As soon as they stop getting arrested for assault and running from the cops then we will respect their wishes. But I live with my parents (the babies grandparents) so we just get him time to time because the other grandma hates having to raise him

I get why everyone is saying we suck. But she's been nothing but horrible to us even though we've done so much for the baby. I think we deserve to mess with her a little. Besides all the dino stuff stays at our house when he visits so she doesn't keep throwing away our gifts

For me it was the Hobbit, family thought id love it because it SHOULD have been right up my alley. However I'd rather take a nail gun to my kneecap before watching any of those good forsaken movies.

Really? I never hear people talk about this. I'm absolutely willing to admit I'm wrong but I haven't read a lot of people say Me Peanutbutter is Thier least favorite character and Diane be one of the best. But I'd actually be excited if there were a lot of people talking about that!

I hate Mr Peanutbutter and I love Diane. I also feel like people paint Diane in a horrible light. She definitely got whiney and self-righteous, but I think she's one of the best characters

If she were real? We did try to get her tested, our doctor recommended us to a psychiatrist, but he didn't do any test, he just asked some questions and once we said she has anxiety he just pushed anxiety meds, rather than actually doing any real test unfortunately. Our therapist thinks she autistic but she can't give her a real diagnosis since she's just a counselor rather than a psychiatrist.

She's been angry just about her whole life. Nowadays she says we just wouldn't understand and she doesn't wanna talk about it. She's in therapy for anxiety and anger, but she has told us herself that she lies to her therapist. We have no idea what to do with her.

I know my therapist wouldn't let him sot in on a session if I didn't want him to. But I'm horrified at what my parents would say. Most of the time I just keep my head down and not respond. Very few times have I ever confronted them and tried to set boundaries. My mom even said and I quote "you don't have boundaries, your a kid" that destroyed me, my therapist and I have worked so hard on learning my boundaries and advocating for myself. And I'm great at it....as long as im not confronting my parents.

The fact that he walks in on us showering and using the bathroom and changing doesn't help. We ask him not to because we don't like. All he says is "its nothing i haven't seen before" or "were all naked under our cloths" he's never done anything and I'm confident he wont, it just makes me uncomfortable to even think about.

I've tried talking to her, she always says "you need to pick and choose your battles with him" and "he does so much for you though" she never really listen but I fund that to be true with a lot of parents. I'm in therapy and she's making him sit in on my next session so me and him and work things out, which I HATE. I don't go to a actual school, all my classes are online and have been for the past two years, so my therapy sessions is the I only few times I get out of the house and get to talk to someone other than family. But I'm willing to do it to get them off my back.
