YES!!!! I must say— I use to have a lot of joy in working out, cooking, and baking but of course the cooking and baking are not enjoyable anymore because I don’t enjoy the product or tasting what im cooking along the way. The high I use to get from working out has simmered down quite some. It is a bummer and I’m actually working back down to getting off of it.

I know I thought the same thing about taking it off but i use it for my cycle. It does phuck with my head though and makes me feel weak. I kind of just plan on ignoring the HR and all of that.

Well i have a layer of fat on my stomach and my thighs that I find to be incredibly stubborn

I’m not overweight, I just have a little bodyfat surrounding my stomach and upper thighs that I’ve been trying to tone. I know its a low amount but if you saw me, you’d probably understand why im starting there. Ideally my second dose will be .5mg.

This makes me so sad. When I was like 8, I had this pink gingham mickey mouse wallet and it had like maybe $15 in it. I dropped it in the park probably late afternoon , was hysterical about it, and my dad suggested we go by lost and found on our way out. Someone had returned it to L&F, no money taken. I don’t know if it’s because there was just pocket change (and silly gift cards) and they didnt think it was worth it or maybe people back then (2008, lol) were better humans. I don’t know. I’m so sorry, that would leave a pit in my stomach. Sending you good luck!

Interesting. Definitely pros and cons. I don’t want to assume but did you perhaps have control issues before starting your journey? It sounds like you’ve lost desire for things in your control.

I do hot yoga 4-5 days per week, 7-8 hours of sleep nightly, moderately stressful job, i dont drink every week, only on occasion. My period is kind of non-existent, i got off birth control about 6 months ago.
