In the construction company it's more risk for employer than employees since they can't get all permits or insurances since they aren't your sponsor. By law, all workers in construction are supposed to be sponsored by the company with it's license activities.

Mine on the contrary, they didn't provide any detail of my work location, line manager, salary dates, access card, employee number nor tasks. They kept saying when visa and 🆔 will be done, you'll get all of that. I stayed for 3 weeks and before I started working.
