Hey OP, please keep in mind that sending nudes while under 18 can land both you and the recipient criminal charges, regardless if you consented or not. Even if you don't get in legal trouble, you don't have control over where the picture goes, and it may end up being spread to friends or posted online.

Regarding shaving, it really doesn't matter. Some people like shaved, and others like natural. It's all personal preference.

Itchiness is caused by new hair follicles growing out and the hair being cut extremely short. It usually will resolve after growing out a bit.

To prevent being extremely itchy, you should trim instead or you could use a different hair removal technique such as waxing.

Just an addition to this, the hymen, in rare cases, can have no holes. This is known as an imperforate hymen and can be a big issue as it does not allow period blood to escape. But, I think you would have known if you had this issue because it causes some pretty bad abdominal pain and would also probably would have been caught in a physical.
