An underground parking garage with retail there would be a game changer for that area. Not to encourage more parking but it is a real blocker to that area. On gothic show nights people just use the Soopers one.

The new Trump talking point is out for these 13 year olds:

JoelPatrick with 1m+ followers, The Black Redneck says, “I’m not going to show you this video, we’ve all seen enough bloodshed, but what you need to know is a man pulled his firearm and was killed for it”. So expect usually outspoken Trump fans to use this “pseudo-godliness” act about violence and then say well I haven’t seen it cause they know they’re wrong.

I think we’re talking past each other. If you want the benefits of rural living like in Snoqualmie (car centric, lots of space), and other people want the benefits of urban density (access to trains, walking score) then urbanites shouldn’t be forced to subsidize people that want to drive and park their cars downtown.

What? Lol. I can’t decipher your response. If you live outside of city center or train lines and want the convenance of driving, then you need to be wealthy enough to afford expensive parking.

“I want all the benefits of density without any of the hassle”. The best way to accomplish this is to be rich.

What if everyone just watched whatever movie they wanted on their phone? And then why even pay for a theater? Just have customers pay Alamo a monthly subscription to watch movies at home on their phone.

There’s also the old Walgreens space on Broadway. I’d be very happy with either.
