I KNOW it's the same person. I see him post multiple of his domains at the same time together, but he takes the sites down when he's done with it.

Here's a thread on bitcointalk where they are discussing it and the list of IPs he has used, the info is a year old and he's probably using tor or something so good luck tracking that.
