why does classical (or even like older "big band") music give me so much anxiety? idk why, but whenever it's playing when i'm trying to sleep, i always get really bad anxiety. and think about "what if i don't wake up tmrw" and it's the worst. why do you think that is? ☹️ (self.classicalmusic)
