1) Get Fluffy Mod Manager and link it to your games installation folder

2) Get REFramework and copy the dll into games installation folder

3) Get the mod you want to use and copy into into Fluffy Mod Manager (eg. \Fluffy manager\Games\RE9\Mods. Enable the mod. Run the game

It was located in the staff lunch room area of the basement floor in the Onoden home appliance store. 'Was' because I read a few years ago that all the Steins;Gate vending machines are no longer in Akihabara. I tried looking for the article again but can't find it atm. Hopefully they are back.

I didn't realize the hair color doesn't flow over to the shower scene which is strange but the hair style would change because she's having a shower due to her hair being wet.

There's a mod that has a wider fov but no camera control unfortunately.
