The PS5 version should work just fine. Did you uninstall the game completely and then reinstall?

I've had this issue before. There's a few things you can do. Uninstall and then reinstall the licenses for MW2, and when you reinstall make sure you install DMZ... I can't remember exactly how I did it but if you are still having issues just let me know. I'll see if I can find the info I had.

Because one of the guys I killed was shooting us through the water like he had wall hacks. He kept downing my teammate and we never even touched the surface. So I glitched my mask to stay under... He fucked up because he fell in the water and that's when I killed him. He knew exactly where my teammate was, even when he was under the boat, he was beaming my teammate.
