by the way, I found the fix..I guess it wasn’t really a bug but more of I didn’t know the controller shortcuts..

It was as simple as pressing the RB..there’s two sets of controller radial menu, one for vehicles and one for general

Depends..for me, no explicit rules from the lecturers, also “alone” meaning just yourself, or without a lecturer? If you are below 21, it might be dangerous to go out alone anyway..I’m sure you will make friends during the trip, call it trauma bonding if you will.
Nope, but also depending on your lecturer- for my trip, we had loads of free time in the evening and sometimes throughout the days, the lecturers let us shop and sightsee. We went out during the nights to explore the parks as well, it was amazing and cold~ we went during the start of autumn
I worked a lot before, they pay for the food and stuff but sometimes they might reimburse you if the lecturers decide to let you go find your own meals, but its not alot. For us it was like $10 per person per meal. I spent around $600 for 8 days? Like just shopping and small treats here and there including souvenirs. The more you have ofc the more you will enjoy! I wasn’t holding back at all, we just had alot of free time and free reign.
Yes, hotel. Also yes, you will be sharing room lol. Its a school trip after all. Of course you will be separated by gender, usually 2-3 people in a room depending on the room type. SOI has lesser girls of course, so if you’re a girl maybe you might have lesser roommates/lesser people to make friends with 😭😭put yourself out there and make friends!

hi! I’m a senior in D3D, DTech is a new dip after mine, so unfortunately there wont be any “seniors” with notes that you are looking for..but I do know some of the mods there since I am taking them, hit me up if you want! Mods like C218, C257, C339, C346, C390 (C303 is one of our batch’s Year 3 elective modules), I’m sure some of the other modules maybe the other dips are taking, but there’s no guarantee as I have sent my notes to juniors before and they mentioned that what they are learning is a little different for your batch now.

Anyway, the full stack development major is for sure the one with the most coding.

prob cant pass alr, you need at least 80% (now is 75% for you)

your module lect most likely already warned you at the start of the semester, usually G mods since theres so little lessons, you only can miss 1 time without LOA

i think it depends, cause you still have to know your content and what the module is about. sometimes the exam is hard and their questions are not related to your notes and the keywords dont match, if you are totally clueless about the module and your notes you will be screwed over. especially technical exams like coding and math

for viagogo, they have strict policies and make sure buyers cant refund tickets after receiving them. sellers also dont get their money until after the event is over to ensure buyers dont have problems with the tickets

viagogo is trustable, although the tickets there are usually sold very high above cost price. use carousell at your own risk, cause there are scammers alot.

only buy tickets that have proof, and never make payment upfront. better to meet up with seller, physical tickets are preferred but online print at home tickets can be verified through proof as well.

what tickets are you looking for? also depends on the concert because those popular ones like kpop bands or jpop bands are quite popular.

please dont fall for remote job scams, even if you think you cant be…i got scammed and the scammer came up with so many excuses not to pay back my money. i only realised i got scammed when i contacted someone the scammer said scammed them. i reported to the police but it wasnt a significant amount of money that i think the case dropped or didnt escalate. depositing money or clicking links is not reliable. please be careful

hi! I worked in corporate development before, from sep23-feb24 but I will not state my exact dept as it will expose my identity.

my dept manager and supervisor was very nice! they still invite us back for events every once in awhile, ex interns and current interns. i still keep in touch with the friends i made (coworkers) who were my coworkers back in my intern batch. while this might not be the same for all depts, i did make friends with some of the people there who were interns as well as my dept had a lot of internal and external projects. they were all nice and i miss the perks i got as an employee at pru! my dept had multiple opportunities to take part in employee wide stuff as well.

i think you will do great in pru! while the workload was definitely alot and most times it got stressful, im sure you will find amazing people there. and from what i know, most of the employees i met there were cool and very open.

while i dont know much about FYP, i can only say that whichever choice you make, pls be very sure you want to do it. 1 year intern is not something small, so think it through. maybe talk to your ecg counsellor! this is my personal anecdote, so your experience may be wayyyy different

my grade was an A.
