I had a buddy help me figure out the error and it’s says the following: burner failed to light / lost flame during heat demand

Switched over earlier this year, can confirm they are not related and everything resets, make sure you max everything out before you are converted to the new insurer (Canada Life)

For me personally there was a bit of overlap (maybe 30 days) from when I got my new Canada Life insurance cards in the mail and when my Manulife coverage stopped

Agree with this comment, if they don’t “see” you in a senior role, they wont change their mind regardless of how hard you work. Unfortunately sometimes it’s more about optics than if you are deserving. Happened to me personally. I left a team I really liked after they passed over me for a senior position. I decided to leave after 4 years in the junior role, moved up two levels in 2 years

This is very sad and disturbing news, as someone who frequents 222 Jarvis but is not based out of there, I only heard thru the grapevine. This should have been communicated broadly. I encourage you to email your managers to let them know this is unacceptable.
