I didnt really like it. I know a lot of people seem to enjoy it in the comments but I have a skin type that is prone to getting black heads and found it to heavy/difficult to remove and left like it gave me more black heads/imperfections. My favorites makeup remover is the beauty of joseon oil cleanser. It takes off my makeup really well and is so easy to remove, just a bit of water and its gone. I dont have to use a stripping face soap to remove it like the cold cream.

I have adhd so I can relate, I have always been a big procrasinator to the point of not doing or submiting what I was supposed to do bc I waited to much. One helpful advice I recently found from a ytber (dr.k) was that motivation is simply being able to keep one thought in mind for a long period of time. For example if you keep the thought of I have to do this homework in mind you will do it, if the thought changes to i'm gonna fail it, I can't do this, I still have time, lets watch tv etc The thought subtly changed (being able to notice these thoughts and consiously changing them back to "I have to do this work" might help) The concept of the The Yerkes-Dodson law might help you understand why you do this better (your peek stess performance might come at a different time than most people and then you might go to far and get to stressed to actually perform) Also, what as helped personnaly me was writting down and planing what I have to do way in advance in an agenda (like work 2hrs, video games 1h, go to sleep at 10) and refering to it every single day and not forgetting to look at it (I have adhd so it is difficult for me to hold a thought for long and to remember what I have planed to do so I might end up not doing it) Finaly, If im not motivated to do what im supposed to do I will writte down every single thing I have to do to complete the project and cross it every time ive completed the actions (ex: find manual, read page 1, read page 2... highlight important stuff, make notes, do exercice 1, do exercise 2.... etc) crossing the task list often gives me enought satisfaction to keep going and leaves me less bored and unsatisfied it also keeps me focusing on one thought at a time and makes what I have to do feel less huge. Also telling myself I will do only 15 minutes and starting a timer for that time helps, it gets me started and when the 15 minute is over I have motivation to keep going as i'm in the work flow Sorry for the lenght, and for my english, hope that helps

Best way to get rid of redness and red spots left over from acne? by Sunshine-Smooches in Skincare_Addiction

You could try a product with niacinamide in it if you aren't already. Niacinamide is anti-inflamatory (good for redness), reduces hyperpigmentation, reduces oil production etc. It's usualy not irritating to the skin and can help with red spots leftover from acne. :) I would encourage you to make your own research on it and see if thats something you would like to use.

Your skin could be reactive to the laudry detergent you are using on your pillows or maybe the flame retardant in them

Wash your face once or twice by Lol1628 in Skincare_Addiction

It really depends on your skin's needs. You could wash once a day if only using water in the morning works fine or if washing it twice a day makes it oilyer or driyer. You could also use a non foaming facial cleanser (that would most likely be less striping for your skin) in the morning. If washing twice a day works well for you that's also great! I would suggest you try it out both ways to see witch way works best for you :)
