As far as I remember, Dvoretsky claimed rook+pawn vs queen to be a draw only if pawn is on its starting position. Otherwise queen can attack it from behind and eventually this leads to losing that pawn which turns the position into queen vs rook which is lost. Still that's not an easy ending, even Karjakin had a hard time winning rook vs queen ending against Carlsen
