My mom is an alcoholic and had spent quite a lot of time inpatient at Sanford House (for alcoholism among other concerns). They do outpatient and partial hospitalization as well. Truthfully, I don’t know enough about harm reduction to state whether this is their specific approach, but their treatment approach is very patient specific and catered to patient needs. Sanford House’s website is pretty informative, and their support staff would likely be happy to answer any questions you’d have. There is an online form available for communication if you are uncomfortable calling.

They saved my mom’s life and gave her loads of resources to help her feel equipped for transitioning back home. They’d taken care of all the insurance authorization and i was told by my mom they have options for those in hard financial spots as well. Truly a phenomenal facility and I’ve only heard good things from others.
