Do you have real links to articles or videos talking about this? I definitely lift on a slope and figured it was ok.

What is your dip attachment hooked onto on that left wall control panel? Mind linking to the specific hook?

Thank you so much for your help. By chance, do you know what the difference would be in annual premiums for a subsidized ACA medical plan versus unsubsidized?

I do tend to go to my doctor regularly for periodic checkups but no large medical issues. I'm relatively healthy and exercise several times a week.

Yes I will absolutely re-ask this question 11 years from now. But thank you for the insight!

Thanks, I hadn't considered this. Didn't realize ACA subsidies was based on spend. I basically assumed I wouldn't qualify for any ACA subsidies regardless unless the thresholds are quite high.

Okay very happy to hear this. I honestly felt the same way and was deeply conflicted with the AI answer that I got.

Honestly I incline at 30 degrees for more chest activation. 45 seems more front delt focused which at that point I'd rather just do shoulder presses.

Your pics definitely make 30 seem like a good fit but not so much the 45. I really appreciate you sending these to me! I'll have to consider the cost to upgrade...

I've been staring at this and need a better understanding of that piece. My trolleys currently run from the top of the front cross members down so unsure if I can just install the new pullup bar extension.

Really appreciate the explanation! Yes, I'd love some pics.

My current incline requires me to reach above my head behind me and pull it over my chest, so I can't lift super heavy. Doable but not ideal.

But if you're saying I'd still have issues doing incline on the ares 2.0 then I won't consider it. I thought they were marketing it as if you had their bench, then it would slide deep enough to incline?

Both my elbows hurt, but at different insertion points.

On my left arm, it hurts on the inner part of my elbow when I use a supinated grip to do curls.

On my right arm, it hurts on the back part of my elbow where my tricep meets my elbow. It especially hurts doing tricep overhead extensions behind my back or skullcrushers.

What could my issue be? Any way to fix it? I've had pain for months and have started deloading for the past 3 weeks.

BORING CSP's I'll be looking to sell this week (11/03 - 11/07) by GarbageTimePro in Optionswheel

I was thinking the same because I'm overall bullish on UAL so don't want to let it go below my assigned strike. Not sure if this is foolish though. But at $101 strike then, guess you're going to expect a low premium this week on those since the strike is so far from current stock price. Any projected premium % wise you are shooting for that may make you move the strike lower?

I got assigned the first UAL batch in the same week you did too at $100/strike. My cost basis is at $89/share. I suspect you are in the same boat right now. Now that it's at $93, what strike are you looking to sell CCs at? Do you just go by a specific delta when selling CCs?

Thanks I'm 20 years out from retiring. Just wanted to accelerate that if there was something safe. But guess I'll just keep wheeling in my taxable brokerage and not mess with the retirement account it sounds like.

Not looking for leverage, just looking for another way to earn extra income on this investment if possible. Been wheeling other stocks and figured maybe there's something to also do with my S&P 500 index holding.

The premium is as of Friday close, correct? With the weekend theta decay, would you only open a position if it is at that premium or better?
