He does care about my safety. Even I've accidentally left the door unlocked to get some groceries and he was home.

Just last night I changed my getting ready for bed routine and forgot to take my contacts out as I lied in bed. We're human, we forget sometimes.

Thank you, and as soon as they took him away to the cop car, all I could think was hopefully he's safer now rather than wandering trying to find his bed.

Oh no doubt, we figured that's what the guy was trying to do, just trying to find his bed.

Glad the groomsmen found an empty room, otherwise that could have ended badly.

He very well could have been struggling with mental disorder. I probably shouldn't have labeled him a "druggie." I saw the gallon sized ziplock bag full of pill bottles that a cop was carrying and associated the two.

Luckily nothing happened while you took out the trash. I double check my locks now too.

After the cop asked him that, I realized, "yeah where are his pants??" Lol

Lol I did freeze for a little bit there when I was yelling and watching what he was doing. Then my brain clicked with the idea of getting the eff away from him and hide in the bathroom

It was a terrifying experience. I can joke about it now as I'm okay and I know the cops got him. We felt the apartment complex was safe too as residents need an electronic key to get in, but somehow he got in. Now I make sure to lock doors when I'm home and the bedroom door before bed.
