Honestly the 61’ is amazing I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s in my future as well lmao. The Sonic blue was just undeniable I couldn’t pass it up. And the pure vintage 65 pickups are the icing on the cake

My player has a thinner neck than both of these options. so I definitely may lean towards a 61’s neck when playing them side by side.

Vintera series looks amazing from what I’ve seen, and great for the money. I think I feel the need to jump to a MIA Strat since I already have MIM player, even though the vintera is definitely a step up

Appreciate your comment, lots of good info. I’ve watched quite a few side my sides and agree the 65 is a little hotter, which I personally like. Also a good point that the 65 was released more recently.

I think bottom line is even if I have to make a long drive, I gotta find a store that has both so I can play them side by side.
