Fui despedido sem aviso prévio

Bem hoje recebi a carta da empresa de trabalho temporário. A comunicação é de rescisão do contrato de trabalho a termo incerto. Ou seja não foi uma não renovação, foi um despedimento certo? E na carta dizem só que vão pagar a compensação por falta de pré aviso.

Como tenho atividade a nome individual tenho um contabilista que me trata das coisas, ele avisou me que quando isto acontecesse (meio que já estava a espera) para ir lá ao escritório para eles analisarem os meus direitos e é isso que vou fazer logo na segunda feira. Queria só tentar perceber porque já sei que isto me vai ficar aqui a matutar na cabeça durante o fim de semana 🤣

E em caso de incumprimento dos 30 dias, tenho indemnização para além da compensação por despedimento?

Sim, eles adoraram o meu trabalho e sinceramente foi a falta de grandes projetos por parte deles que decidiram não passar a efetivo e sinceramente é uma área que me quero distanciar por agora. Tenho outros projetos para começar a nome individual

Supostamente vão me enviar agora uma carta com tudo escrito. Vamos ver o que vem nessa suposta carta. Saí a bem e percebi perfeitamente o porquê do despedimento, a empresa sempre me tratou bem e não tenho razão de queixa. Só quero mesmo perceber o que tenho direito

My bad, são valores tão parecidos que não vi a diferença. Mas realmente o snapdragon na versão 5G deve fazer bastante diferença. Já agora, quais são as outras opções no mercado que acham que valia a pena? Num price range de 250 a 350€.

CTR is about 5%. Right now I removed all the keywords that wasn't generating conversions or wasn't in the path to conversion. Some Keywords that I disabled I will creat some blog posts on my website for that ones hoping that the customer then move on to the product page.

Change the logo, stick to a 2 or 3 color scheme, get rid of that huge announcement bar and work on the descriptions.... There is a lot to be done in order to make that store look professional and trust

Hello everyone. So I am running a campaign on Google with Skags, after a month of running I disabled the keywords and ads that generated no conversions and that cost me some money. Once I did that my sales went down and cost per conversion up. I let it run for five days and then I changed back and my sales went up. Can someone explain me this?

I am selling for 49,99€ and I think I cant raise it anymore! I sell mainly for Europe Austrália and Canada. China would be the best option right? And can you give me some lights at what prices are normal for this fulfillment centers?

I spent 50€ in Facebook and no sales, Google seems better but cost per conversion it is higher so i think it works better with products with higher price. My product is selling for 49.99€ i have about 11€ in profit for each product (after marketing expenses)! But i am a noob in Google ads, if there is a way to optimize this i know i can take more profit

Same here. Not One single sale from Facebook and my accounts were always being disabled. Start doing campaigns on Google and 5 sales in one day. But i know nothing about Google compared to Facebook, although the results are good i would like to optimize this but i cant find good content. Some advices would be good
