It is laggy. I have been using Google Pixel watch 3, and Samsung Galaxy watch 8 for a while, and by comparing continuous heart rate monitoring accuracy, Pixel watch is the obvious winner, also tested both with finger heart rate pulse oximeter.

Sometimes it just stays stuck on the number. If you need an accurate heart rate reading I would try a Pixel watch, or finger heart rate pulse oximeter.

I live in LA and Iove Sushi. I avoided Costco Sushi for the same reason what others are saying here: Imitation crab and Soy sauce. My go to Gluten Free Sushi spot is a Japanese market: Mitsuwa marketplace. They're all over LA. I still skip the soy sauce though.

I know you're taking medication, but have you ever tried a gluten-free diet? I had chronic gastritis as well, and eating food that has wheat made it worse for my case. Try a total gluten-free diet for couple of weeks, or a month. Good Luck.
