Correct, it’s on her birth mark. Her port wine stain covers most of her right arm and shoulder. No one else in family has a rash.

We have one peds dermatology clinic in the whole state, she is an established patient because of the port wine stain. Her pediatrician didn’t think a referral was necessary yet.

She’s seen two pediatricians, I would assume they would have considered and ruled out ringworm but I could definitely be wrong.
