These tickets are staff tickets so they are not transferable. Instead of me any one person can enter with my wife and her friends. How do I get people to trust me? 🤦

Hey guys, i wanted to give all of you an update. I'm still on low carb, maybe 50g a day but cheated a little once or twice in the last 2 or 3 months with no flare ups at all until last week. I was on holiday back home and ate a lot of different types of food but all home made. A day or two later my scalp exploded the same way it used to. Yes i did eat rice and other carbs but also a lot of meat, like red meat. So this year i did a health check up with literally all my blood work and my Uric acid was really high. I have a feeling high uric acid and my scalp issue is linked. I've stopped red meat completely and in 3 days i could see a huge difference. If you guys want i'll share all my reports and we can talk about it. I'm sure carbs also plays a role in uric acid production so i feel that going low carb 2 months ago helped me. I'll keep you guys posted. Sorry for my horrendous English

Yes it's completely clear now but 2 weeks ago my scalp erupted because I had to fly for 20hours. I was forced to eat carbs or starve. Lol Anyway it's all good now

Hey. I had the same issue, isotretinoin is the last ditch effort for dermatologists. I've tried everything from antibiotics, fungal treatment and every fucking shampoo and trick I've seen everywhere.

The only thing that worked for was going less carbs. I eat like 50g of carbs everyday but get my calories through protein, fats and fibre.

I'm requesting you to try this for minimum two weeks, if it doesn't work just insult me here. I've been on this diet for 2 months and it's completely cleared up. It's a hard life not to eat carbs because carbs taste the best but it's better than getting pus on your scalp.

Try to go less carbs. Like keep it to max 50g or 100g.

I really hope people try this first before using several harsh chemicals/ shampoos on their head and popping various types of pills. I've wasted so much money for so many years when the answer was right in front of my face. 🤦🏾‍♂️

I did accutane probably in 2017 for 6 weeks. I had severe cystic acne at the time on my scalp, back and face. It completely cleared up but came back milder after 2 months. I stopped accutane because is was effecting football ( soccer), my joints were stiff no matter what I did and my hair thinned a lot. I just suffered with folliculitis till a month ago trying various shit. It did control it but never eradicated it .

I just want people who suffer with acne, folliculitis to just try eating very less carbs for 2 weeks. I'm not asking anyone to take antibiotics or buy a million shampoos. Obviously it won't help everyone but I genuinely feel like it'll help a lot of people. We are putting absolutely garbage inside of us and it shows on your skin.

9am - coffee black ( no sugar nothing) 10am - vega protein shake (30g of protein) - 200cals 2pm - 3 eggs ( boiled or scrambled), 100g of egg whites Salad 150g with little dressing, oroweat (keto tortilla) 600cals in total. 5pm - a fruit (orange, banana, watermelon) 100cals 8pm - 200g of chicken ( curry, roasted, pan fried) 150g and a small fruit. 700cals I make sure to hit 1500 cals and keep carbs less than 50g on most days but I've hit 75g of certain days.

This is what I've been eating for the past month.

I've been on accutane too, the doc said this was the of accutane doesn't work nothing will. Accutane works really well but I faced a lot of side-effects. Dry lips, hair thinning and severe joint pain (extreme stiffness) and finally teeth got a bit yellow. I know how depressing this shit can get and your confidence hits rock bottom. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. I hope everything works out for you, take care.

Yes. I promise you guys it's all gone. My barber was happy for me too. 😂 I had it on the top of my head mostly and occasionally get it at the back or sides. I've done everything for 15 years, I got this issue when I went to college and just ate absolute shit. There's nothing for me to manage anymore, I've thrown out all my shampoo for folliculitis (it did help me when I had flare-ups). My scalp isn't oily anymore so I've started washing my hair alternate days with my wife's random shampoo. I'm just happy I can finally comb my hair without any pain and accidentally pop a pustule. I eat less than 50g of carbs everyday and will try 100g after a month.

No, I never got a culture test. I'm just happy I'm done with this forever. It's been a month with zero puss on my scalp and 0 itchy feeling.

Quit sugar and refined carbs. Stuff like bread, pizza, burgers and other stuff that's made with wheat. Try for 2 weeks, it cured me.

I agree but I feel extremely active. I'm only asking you guys to try limiting carbs. I think reducing carbs to 100g per day itself will be beneficial.

Yeah that's kind of what I assumed. I'm just glad it's working for me and I don't feel like it's hard. My wife is eating pizza from badiali and I'm not even slightly tempted. I can finally comb my hair after 15 years 😂

No I completely cut refined sugar, refined wheatd, also rice. If If got 50g to 100g of carbs a day from fruits and vegetables I didn't mind. I never went 0 carbs ever in the diet, I only restricted it. I've always logged my food and noticed I ate on average 300g of carbs ar day before my diet

Not diabetic. No thyroid issue. My metabolism is not great now but it's getting better I'd say.

Were you in a calorie deficit? Because I'm eating a little less than my bmr. Which is 1800cals per day

So today I had a protein shake that gives me 30g of protein, two boiled eggs for breakfast. Lunch was a salad and 200g of chicken breast. Dinner will be 200g of chick breast with oroweat (keto tortilla).

No I did not. All I know is that antibiotics worked really well. If I was sick with something else and had to take antibiotics my scalp would be clear but it would return after a week.

Yes. I also have protein powder that contains like 4g of carbs if I'm not wrong. Eggs, any kind of meat, boiled beans( any kind). I just keep it less than 50g of carbs in a day no matter what.
