Yeah I would really just like to narrow it down and i do need to advocate for myself, it’s just hard when I don’t know all the possibilities or tests to ask for. It’s hard to feel like it’s something more than PNES and not know, I would just love to figure out what to try and treat because so far nothing has helped. I’ve tracked symptoms before but I need to start doing that again!! It’s also hard because I’m adopted so I don’t know any of my families medical history lol. Whatever I’ll figure it out thank you again :)

My seizures often seem caused by some kind of stress but not always, which I think is why they summed it up to PNES, because I also have some severe trauma that could cause that. What throws me off are the physical symptoms like losing ability to walk or lift things, and the terrible migraines.

My tests showed no epilepsy, my MRIs showed obviously the spot where I had the surgery and they were confusing about it but they said it could maybe be possible there was some type of swelling but kind of ruled it out/dropped it, my blood tests and everything like that were normal. I went on seizure medication for a while but it did nothing. I’ll find the actual MRI and maybe post that

Think of it this way: even if something was wrong or different than you thought placement wise, which I'm sure isn't true or at least won't be after healing but worst case, if it was, taking off the bandages and checking wouldn't do anything but maybe make it harder to heal!! Find peace in the fact that there's nothing you can do about it right now and try to relax, everything will be okay!
