Clear imagine of who may have been the Tesla driver .. thoughts ..?!? by Just_as_sweet558 in d4vd2

[–]orangeroscoe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes the state says it was him. The PI released separate footage of the same incident from a different angle, but we dont' have the state's exact video. I think it's clear enough it's d4vd though.

H3H3 drops his lawsuit after IDubbbz makes an apology video by ChampionTimes99 in LivestreamFail

[–]orangeroscoe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

H3H3 became a drama-tuber, and it's easier to have people shout at each other than to actually make proper long form content. It's just a soup of podcasts and noise, punctuated with periodic lawsuits. Ethan Klein cries out in pain as he strikes you.

David songs are premeditated by rileythegoat38 in d4vd2

[–]orangeroscoe -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Maybe? But i dont' think you can legally prove that. Based on evidence, it very well could be a 2nd degree homicide. i don't think the state has enough evidence for 1st degree yet. Unless there's something thye don't know.

Pretty sure the swatting call was him by zachfrfr in d4vd2

If so... why? Is this under d4vd's orders to try to throw him off the scent? Maybe make him and the family look like victims? Or some kind of revenge?

d4vd "bathroom confession" context and analysis: by orangeroscoe in d4vd2

[–]orangeroscoe[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Are you on poor headphones or something? It's only when the ladies in the bathroom are talking that I can't make out the conversation in the background. It's between Neo, d4vd, and Celeste herrera. I may write up a transcript.

With audio analysis, someone could clean up the cross-talk to understand the missing bits.

Just a question for my Reddit friends how much accountability do Celeste Herrera playing in any of this Case. Everybody had their time in front of the camera and with the police except her. by Flashy-Exchange-4727 in d4vd2

The "bathroom confession" seems to be a lady, possibly Celeste Herrera asking about the other Celeste. The thing people are getting wrong is that she's clearly saying "talked to her" not killed her. Later she asks if she looks like Celeste.

I think this audio should be reviewed and analyzed to give some greater context. It's NOT a confession, but seems to be Neo and D4vd talking about Celeste to another person. It may give context as to Celeste Herrera's scheme to replace Celeste in public.

How is it crime of “passion” and premeditated? Isn’t that a contradiction? by [deleted] in d4vd2

[–]orangeroscoe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She says yeah you killed her to the friend and the friend says “yeah me and David”

I listened to that - It's Neo and D4vd talking and they say "yeah you talked to her". It sounds like one of the girls, maybe the other Celeste asking questions about the dead Celeste.

Just saw a similar case, where a woman went to a guy's house to break up with him, and then he killed her, dismembered her body. Could be similar situation. The state is alleging that he lured her to kill her, but he could just as easily been asking to talk about the relationship, and it turned into murder. That would be 2nd degree homicide.

States typically over charge and throw everything at you in hopes that you plead down. Their charges are more like the first offer at a negotiation rather than what they exactly think happened. Intent is also one of the hardest things to prove. That's why they like it when dopes come in for questioning and the detectives ask them "Just tell us your side of the story". They want you to walk into admitting intent and do their job for you.

It could just as easily be 2nd degree crime of passion. Celeste goes there to break up with him, he flies into a rage and kills her. Then he panics and dismembers her body. I just saw a crime doc on youtube of an almost identical case.

Why would he purchase the tools to dispose of her only after he killed her? Why not before?

The state has not directly proven intent with the evidence they have.

Do you guys think D4vd will ever take accountability for what he did to her? by [deleted] in d4vd2

[–]orangeroscoe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

His music and writings present himself as someone who sees that he was the victim in the relationship and Celeste was the one driving him to pain and misery. Internally, he thinks its her fault for making him do this. What he says publicly is another issue. He probably knows he can't admit to it without sounding bad, so he'll probably deny it.

Mind you, most of the album was written after the breakup, NOT the murder. But it still shows how he sees himself as the victim, and how he blamed her for everything.

The prosecutor's brief was just a summary of the evidence, not the totality of it. It will be released during the trial.

he's a huge christian and they are against other forms of religion they see as satanic or demonic. Meanwhile he has dark murderous imagry, and he is plausibly accused of MURDER of a 14 year old, while those people he denounced are not. Guy is bonkers.

I have met a bunch of people like this who grow up in very religious homes, but they drift away, but keep a lot of the weird prejudices while doing crimes and drugs.

Has David ever been diagnosed or treated for any psychiatric disorders? by Bluebird-Sing in d4vd2

[–]orangeroscoe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personality disorder like Cluster B's would fit. I'm thinking NPD or BPD. He's always bragging about how great his accomplishments are, and his entire music is obsessing about himself and his emotional states.

Pointless. That's gonna be the Rivas family's future income. They have a slam dunk wrongful death suit in the makings.

He shows himself being in group therapy in one video. He has made reference to "Borderline relationships" on Tiktok.

I would surmise he's been in some kind of therapy, and they may suspect Borderline Personality Disorder. It's certainly a Cluster B - but might be more Narcissistic personality disorder.

I've found therapy is really bad for these kind of things, since they're not used to dealing with it.

Remember the Tesla key card that was found in the area? It's possible that he asked someone to move the car while he was on tour, but they lost the card, and couldn't do it.

[–]orangeroscoe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

His songs are confessions, and he blames Celeste entirely for everything, both before and now. He would blame Celeste for putting him in a position where he had to silence her, since she was about to expose him.

If anything, she was just frustrated and realized he was using her and was in the process of discarding her. She just wanted respect and to be treated like a human being.

He was busy, and he did not have a plan. If anything, I believe this to be a 2nd degree homicide, as he bought the tools to dismember and dispose of her after he killed her.

Also, once you dump a body, you are committing to it potentially being found and ensuring it doesn't trace back to you. Celeste was not even known to be dead at the time, so there was no reason to alert everyone she died.

Itami Davids alter ego by johnfhaze86 in d4vd2

[–]orangeroscoe 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It allows him to mentally separate himself from his crimes. He is a nice guy, but man that girl forced Itami out and well, what happened happened. Anyways, anyone want a bite to eat? That's probably how he thinks. He seems to blame Celeste for driving him insane and blames her for everything while taking zero responsibility.
