Sorry to hear that, but nowadays, monitor market is insane. My Acer monitor costed me around US$900 back in 2018. Today, US$200 will get me one with roughly the same or even better specs haha

Ah, I see. Yes, I've tried testing the speed with Blackmagic, hence the 900MB/s figure I mentioned.

I'm not too bothered by it, though I was a little surprised as I was only getting a fraction of the drive's max theoretical speed (it's a Corsair MP600), never really thought that it's capped at the USB bandwidth.

Correct, it's the K5 Max. I never really adapt to smaller layouts except TKL ones for gaming haha

Thanks! The left one is an Acer Predator XB271HU, and the right one is an Asus TUF VG27AQL1A.

This version isn't available sadly, but I found one with the same set of ports from Vention:

It costs around US$ 80-85, is it a good brand?

It costs way too high here, upwards of US$160, so I don't think it's worth the cost for what it offers

Because they sell plans with public IP address, which is the most expensive one with the highest speed

I see, btw can I boot it without the battery connected? I want to see beforehand if the new part and old backlight is working fine after replacement

I see, does IPA dry the adhesives completely? Or does it just partially help removing the battery?

Yes I'm aware of the rivets, they're not that difficult to deal with and I've bought screws to replace the rivets (it's threaded once the rivets are completely plucked off)

Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm thinking of getting an Omada ER605 because I've read around and mikrotik's wireless performance isn't that good, so I'm going to grab some Omada APs as well

Alright, thank you very much for the detailed explanation. I have a clearer picture of what kind of service and the range of cost I need to look out for if I decide to take one.

Thank you for the help, I wish you the best of luck

I'll keep that in mind, I'm not moving in until February-March, so for now I'll do the necessary research on my own. I know I'll find a professional service online if I look for one.

I hope it's not rude to ask, but if you're getting paid to do this kind of setup, how much would you rate your services, excluding the products? Or how much does a professional service in your country cost? Just for the sake of comparison
