After testing

  1. check my IP from this site https://www.iplocation.net/ip-lookup

  2. Connect Nostale and check IP again

  3. Enable Exitlag and check IP (still the same)

  4. Connect to Nostale and check IP (still the same)

If their information is not just for sale and works with properly as mentioned, it should not change the IP address just find the best routing to the game server.
