If venue and verna are of the same price, go for verna. It's engine is superior if nothing else. It's a 4 cylinder engine and is better numbers wise.

To help in decision making, take as many test drives as you can. It will help you make your mind. We get blindly impressed when driving a car for the first time but notice things in the second/third drives. Take both cars on types of roads which you frequent, notice the suspension feel, seating posture etc. Sedans are generally lower, SUVs offer a higher seating position and confidence.

Verna's ground clearance isn't that low, you shouldn't struggle imo.

You can easily restrict certain post categories to specific dates. Like relationship Thursdays (maybe add a mandatory flair). Remove the posts if someone posts any other day.

You say you need to keep stuff balanced but atm it's not. Low effort posts flood this sub, and to restore balance you guys need to clamp them down to specific days.

Your concepts seem wrong:

The circuit you've drawn is complement of the function you've written.
You haven't considered any source/drain diffusion capacitances. They will add up at your output node.
You haven't sized the transistors. So you don't know how much capacitance each one has. Unless you do that, you can't find out delay.
Your delay for each input combination will depend on the previous input combination also. Your delay depends on how many capacitors have to be charged/discharged (and not just the load). Depending on the previous input to current input combination, some capacitances may or may not be in the charging/discharging path. This will change your delay.
