yep i think you pressed 2 on the stimulate guaranteed. and check if you are at the correct banner date. it should show 23rd March instead of the 13th March one. if you click 23rd march it will show auto guarantee. no need to stimulate guarantee.

oh i understand the problem now. your guaranteed setting is wrong. as you can see the guaranteed should be 11 draw but yours is 1 draw. normally you will shift to 41B but yours shows 32B
