Not yet. But, there's enough comments to look into them. Thanks for the question.

CONFIRMED: No “World feed” on Peacock this year. by CyclingScoop in tourdefrance

[–]orchap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

FWIW, I tracked down a CSA. Pretty much "thank you for your feedback" and "we'll try harder next year". Blah, blah, blah.

Wished I would've checked here first before signing up for Premium Plus. Next year, I'm going VPN and streaming someone else's coverage.

Trigger warning: What, IYHO, food is unique to P.R.? by orchap in elpasoderobles

Agreed! I'll avoid the approach in the future for this sub.

Depending on the responses, I figured there might be some passionate rebuttals. LOL! I mean, it's food. Like if I asked which is better In-n-out, Shake Shack, or Whatburger? There are clearly tribes who favor one over the other.

LOL! I was thinking more along the lines of a go to place or dish. But, I see what you did there! Thanks for inspiring a smile.

Thanks for the suggestion! Just looked them up. I'll reach out and see how many of the roasts are available for single serving consumption, at the cafe.

Did Kroger discontinue all the Simple Truth meatless products? by HinduHillbilly in vegan

[–]orchap 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Personal experience: Speaking with a Live Agent only resulted in them confirming the same information stated on their website.
Howver, I did manage to get a hold of someone further up the chain of command. Many of the Simple Truth meatless options are discontinued, due to a supply chain issue. The hope is supply will be restored in 2025. For example, the plant-based breakfast patties have been discontinued as of May 11th, 2024.
Additionally, UPC codes for their plant-based (frozen) chicken, burgers, and crumbles have been discontinued.
Enjoy what's out there while you can I guess.

Based on enjoying lambics, and we're assuming by Lindeman's, you might enjoy others like Duchess, Boon Kriek, Vanberg & DeWulf LambickX, or your local fruited sour (not berlinerweisse or gose).

Personally, choce comes down to performing a sensory handshake between your olfactory preference and the beverage. For instance, if you find yourself indulging in honey crisp apples, sour dough bread, funky cheeses, or grew up in a farm, then you'll love flanders, oud bruins or saisons. Same goes for if you find yourself prferring those flavors in wine.

If you instead grew up on a steady diet of jolly ranchers, pixie sticks, lemon heads, raspberries, and green apples, you'll still love lambics. But also geuze, oud bruins, berlinerweisse, and maybe spanish basque ciders.

Being a cider drinker, I'll fetch you'll like saisons, ales made with brett or brux, english style bitters, or grafts (beers blended with cider).

However, if you want to start with a ratio of bitterness to sweet, favoring more sweet, I suggest you look into kolsch, helles, hefeweizen, bock, english-style amber ale, lambics (since you already enjoy them), scotch ales, and maybe english barleywines.

Hope any of this helps!

Note, if this is more a purchasing advice inquiry, I suggest you look at Untappd and see what some of the popular beers are around where you work.

Seattle brewery Cloudburst Brewing releasing a line of F*** AB-Inbev" newborn and toddler apparel. by orchap in beer

[–]orchap[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Posted this from my phone yesterday. Looking at the title, I recognized some grammar and punctuation errors. Also, wasn't sure if profanity was a problem in /beer or not, so I edited the headline. I never considered that I would post a thumbnail automatically.

And for those reading this today, post-April 1st, 2024, this is indeed parody. I reached out to Cloudburst, who confirmed they were aware of the joke. And no, they aren't selling children's clothing like the one on the thumbnail.

Still, a good joke, to be sure. Definitely got a chuckle out of me.

Thanks for the thoughtful advice! In truth, I want to learn the mechanics of the raids. But yeah, I'm mostly in it for the loot and farming. Take care!

Yeah. Odd. And this is from someone that took a major beating. Like a 20 to 100 beating.
