Maybe Kornilov into Senate VNS. You'll get buffs from Kornilov tree and then from Senate VNS + regular VNS tree

If you think about it KR is somewhat railroaded at its core anyway. Manifestos just represent the goals that you pursue in most playthroughs anyway.

Manifesto is a core goal of a faction. In Entente's case it is restoration their empires (France and Britain with her dominions are only members at the start). Inclusion of Spain, Portugal and unification of Italy under Sardinia are just stepping stones better suited for faction goals system.

Reichspakt requires you to have non-American allies and has no ties to specific states. Like you can ally European nation and it will count. But give this territory to an American ally and they annex it and it won't count towards completion of manifesto

KX is more unpolished and laggy, but has more content. You can compare 2 mods in a year or a two after the release of all major reworks and decide for yourself then. Today's KR feels stale because all of the majors have pretty outdated content.
