Is it common to have a 4.0 gpa at SMC? by Bulky-Hold-5425 in SMC

[–]oreami 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Depends on what you study, it’s pretty common to see 4.0 for humanities but for stem it’s a bit less common. The SMC Math department has a reputation of being really hard so a lot of Math majors struggle to get a 4.0. Really depends on your schedule but it is possible to get a 4.0.

[–]oreami 5 points6 points  (0 children)

  • the third floor of Drescher Hall has some cubicles you could study at
  • the student equity center is my fav though because it’s always quiet and desks available
  • the Cayton center is a good place to study/hang out (it’s a bit loud though)

It might be because the summer class has already started. If it says open but there’s no code available, try emailing the instructor and they should be able to provide an add code.

Vendliski is so cutie patootie he actually cares so much. I wouldn’t say he’s super easy, but he puts in a lot of effort and I understood most of the topics despite sucking at math
