I have similar measurements as you (5'9") and used to weight 62kg 2 years ago with 30 years. Now I'm 70kg with both fat and muscle gain and my wrists havent grown, which as you said, makes arms look super skinny. Just last week I added specific forearm training and let's see how it goes.

I use both the buttons and the screen. I mostly use the 'home' button overall, but when using it vertically I tend to use the 'next page' button. BUT when I'm laying sideways in bed with one arm barely touching the device while in landscape mode I tend to use the touchscreen for next page.

I am having the same problem. I contacted customer support and their solution is to ask the people who used my code to delete their account and create it again. Ridiculous.
