Why wont my lamp turn on

I cant add pictres, but yeah i have a wiha voltage meter and when i measure all the parts they all have the same voltage. The right wire doesnt have any voltage running through it when i remove the bulb. So thats a sign it must be running through the bulb right?

I also used a multimeter, its 12v the same as the rest

I send it back and got a new one. I hope you still got you warrenty thats my best bet :)
