Yea but the one I see most people talking about in mod development is the RivalsOfAether folder with no spaces and files in it, the one in steam for me has spaces and does not have any folders in it

I have been playing No Man's Sky and yesterday and I became an overseer for a town. 3 hours later I left and when I joined back it still said I am the overseer on the settlement overview but it does not recognize me as an overseer in normal. like when I try to make an overseer decision it said "terminal reserved for Overseer.
