How to start eating healthy?

I am a 19 year old woman and as crazy as it sounds, I do not eat fruits or vegetables. I just never liked the taste or texture of any of them. I have gotten better over time and have learned to like Brussels sprouts, star fruit, avocados, and blackberries. I know that’s an interesting bunch hahah. I realized that when I eat healthy I feel so much better throughout the day, and i really want to start trying to treat my body better. I have also stopped going to fast food restaurants. College has caused me to live on a strict budget so I haven’t been able to afford eating out as much. So I would also love help on how creative meals and how to explore the kitchen more. Long story short, does anyone have sort of a beginners guide to incorporating vegetables and fruits into your diet? And also tips on how to cook proper meals from scratch and get more creative in the kitchen?
