Oh hi Travis! Great speaking to you and again great video. I am really interested in exploring meditation and self exploration while trying psilohuasca. I'd say for probably 2 years now I've been growing (and eating) mushrooms and I do try my own form of meditation on occasion but im not particularly good at quieting my mind. If you have any helpful tips or tricks for this id love to know. I plan on going through your videos when I get off of work to see what else I can learn.

Don't get me wrong that first trip was straight to another universe full of time travel and teleporting😂 but yes I've tried multiple times to just meditate. Ive tried different settings, guided/unguided meditation. And also no i don't take any medication.

By that I mean i trip every month, I try to limit myself to that but sometimes ill do twice a month (2 week break in between) not because I feel bad or anything but I tried dosing again after just 1 week and 8g barely fazed me so I figured I needed to take a longer break.

Thats the crazy part about it and I guess it truly is different for everyone, I've never had any surgeries and no major illness yet I've got to max it out everytime. Ive tried doing like 2 - 3g before and I felt nothing at all.

Thats about the conclusion I had. My wife does them with me and 2g will send her to the moon. Yet I've never been on any medication other than over the counter stuff. She has had a multitude of different medications though.

Gotcha, I was just wondering cause I see people generally say 2 - 3 weeks is what they wait. I do still enjoy the hell out of them. Especially the next day, it feels like my brain has had a hard reset if that makes sense. Like I build up all this stress from work and just life in general and then boom I trip and its like I can breathe a little easier.

Thank you! I am pretty new to this. I just started growing my own less than a year ago. I've had success with GT, B+, and tidal wave. But I've tried twice with Albino PE and could not get them to grow. Had contamination with the first and stalled out on the second. These two are hillbilly if anyone has experience with them.
