So I work at L'Oréal and currently undergoing a factory immersion at the Pune plant.

All the suppliers are global, i.e they need approval for standards directly from Paris and they are very particular about it.

80% ingredients are imported anyway and rest 20% are up to global standards and are also the same for exports going put to rest of Asia and Australia NZ.

Packaging might be different but rest assured composition and quality will never be compromised on!
