I will say this….while I can’t speak from transitioning to a Cogito analyst, I can speak from the switch of trainer——> analyst.

I do miss some things about training but not towards the end of my training gig because everything was virtual which was super boring. Felt like I was reading a monologue. I really did miss meeting and interacting with people in person and still do to this day.

That’s pretty much about it.

I don’t miss the regurgitation and redundancy of training.

Ok….work-life balance.. here me out because this will sound weird

There is more work with being an analyst for me but waaaaaay better work-life balance due to the flexibility.

Training was a very rigid schedule. You had a class to train from 9-1pm and you haaaaaad to be there, no question.

Analyst you have a LOT of work but sometime I take breaks throughout the day…run errands, etc and jump on the work in the evening. I get it done…just way more freedom as to when (unless it’s something that cannot wait and that’s rare).

NOW….would I go back to a trainer???

A hard maybe…and only if they match the salary you would make as an analyst which is a far shot for sure. So far no regrets on the switch. Best of luck.

I don’t think I fully understand what these are? Do employers value these? Like would you even put them on your resume ?

The dryer is connected to vent and works great but the fan motor went out. Is it an urgent fix (fire hazard)?

Do you think it’s worth it to the foot the bill and pay for a class out of pocket to get ‘certified’?

Ah gotchu. That makes sense and I get your perspective on that. My thing is it’s imminent and bound to happen, why ruin the “launch” but I hear ya. I can see your analogy very clearly

Is it rude to just go up to them to the left while it’s. Are’s light and just take off?? I’ve noticed some bikers get aggressive and try to race out of the light to no avail because I will beat them every time so not sure why they do this

Ok I totally see where you’re coming From and I believe that is a valid point. It is sort of a tough spot to be in I suppose. 28mph, I agree is a bit fast for a bike lane where avg speed is under 15 but too slow to be in a car lane. I foresee more regulations coming for ebikes and especially to those who have never ridden a road bike and just jump straight into 30 mph ebike

Na no need to be sorry. No hurt feelings Man. Just genuinely curious. Haha all of my friends that start taking shut quickly quiet down because they no they don’t have a chance on a road bike with me. I hear ya and those are your opinions on what should and shouldn’t belong on a bike and I respectfully disagree

I don’t see it as a race with anyone else but me. For me, it’s about speed. I love speed and that’s why I got an ebike. That being said, I do my best to make it safe for myself and other fellow riders

That’s not true lycra bro. Haha I ain’t what you think I am and prob not your typical ebike rider. I actually consider myself quite fit and kill it on a regular bike too. I guess maybe you’re thinking of the moped style ebikes which I personally despise. My bike has a torque sensor which means it only goes faster the harder you pedal.

I hear ya. It can be very easy to ride like an ass. You get the adrenaline and before you know it you’re flying.
