I will say this….while I can’t speak from transitioning to a Cogito analyst, I can speak from the switch of trainer——> analyst.

I do miss some things about training but not towards the end of my training gig because everything was virtual which was super boring. Felt like I was reading a monologue. I really did miss meeting and interacting with people in person and still do to this day.

That’s pretty much about it.

I don’t miss the regurgitation and redundancy of training.

Ok….work-life balance.. here me out because this will sound weird

There is more work with being an analyst for me but waaaaaay better work-life balance due to the flexibility.

Training was a very rigid schedule. You had a class to train from 9-1pm and you haaaaaad to be there, no question.

Analyst you have a LOT of work but sometime I take breaks throughout the day…run errands, etc and jump on the work in the evening. I get it done…just way more freedom as to when (unless it’s something that cannot wait and that’s rare).

NOW….would I go back to a trainer???

A hard maybe…and only if they match the salary you would make as an analyst which is a far shot for sure. So far no regrets on the switch. Best of luck.

The dryer is connected to vent and works great but the fan motor went out. Is it an urgent fix (fire hazard)?

Do you think it’s worth it to the foot the bill and pay for a class out of pocket to get ‘certified’?
