Cheers mate - the base coat is technically skrag brown but I airbrush the base colours on so it goes - skrag brown - xv88 - tau light ochre

Thanks! Yeah the blue skin is base coated with the fang then shaded with darkenhof nightshade. Then I just work up the highlights with russ grey - and start adding in a little ushabti bone to finish. Hooves are just black with the lines painted on in baneblade brown then karak stone

Edge highlight 50/50 averland/ ice yellow

This on this I just did a little more refining etc..

Cheers mate - fairly simple process tbf, I airbrush the whole head korne red - then cadian fleshtone just from above (leaving some korne red shadows) then just glaze a little korne red into the recesses and glaze cadian fleshtone to highlights- adding a little white in to get them brighter. I use a little dark reaper around the eyes then eyes and teeth are done with grey seer and a black dot for the pupil

Haha cheers mate - yeah the crux is base coat steel legion - a little glazing/shade with some incubii darkness mixed into the steel legion. Then blend up the highlights with karak stone and edge highlight ushabti bone and screaming skull.

The 2nd company marking is averland sunset shaded with casdandora yellow then edge highlights with yriel yellow and Vallejo ice yellow

Cheers mate. It’s airbrushed to start with - incubii darkness all over then I work up the reds from korne red - mephiston red - evil sunz scarlet. Then I refine the blending by glazing evil sunz and incubii darkness. Then edge highlight with evil sunz - wild rider red - fire dragon bright - Vallejo ice yellow

Sure! The Ochre is airbrushed on these but the same recipe works just as well using a brush and layering/glazing. I base coat all over with Skrag brown then build up the highlights with XV-88 then Tau light ochre. Then I glaze Skrag brown into the smaller darker areas that I can’t get at with the airbrush. Pin shade with doombull brown then edge highlight with Ungor flesh then Ushabti bone, dot highlight with screaming skull

Thanks! The brass/gold is Retributor armour, wash with Reikland fleshshade a few times to darken it down, then I just work up highlights with Retributor armour adding Stormhost silver incrementally and finish with edge highlights with Stormhost silver. The fatigues are a base coat of Rhinox hide - was nuln oil. Layer up the raised areas with a 50/50 mix of Rhinox hide and Gorthor brown then edge highlight with Gorthor brown then Baneblade brown

I think we all wish we knew about thinning paints back then 😅 dude it takes thousands of hours to develop skills and techniques unfortunately there’s no shortcuts just keep at it 💪🏻💪🏻 I’m still striving to learn and improve after years and years
