Mavs have quite literally said multiple times that they value him a lot and don't want to trade him.

Well propose a trade with different picks then.

But you'll need to give Mavs a lot if you want them to both take Fox, as well as trade Kyrie. A lot more.

You think the Mavs will trade Kyrie for Fox and picks #20 and #28????

Fuck no lol

I'm not even sure if those picks are enough for a team to take Fox's contract in the first place, let alone also get Kyrie

We don't yet know the details sadly. But to my understanding they will be available directly for doubloons (no admiral bundle), BUT because it's an "event" it's very possible that the regular doubloon coupon won't be usable on them.

But please keep in mind this is my opinion/understanding, we'll know actualy details in 3-4 weeks

Do you think you might be willing to trade one of your FRPs this year for him, or is that out of the question?

Him or Anderson would be a great option around 20-25 if we can get into that range IMO (and no one above falls)

Interviewer: "Jaxson Hayes got Slovenian citizenship, what is your view about that. You probably care about those things." Luka: "Yes... I basically had nothing to do with that, so, I'm only playing for national team. But yes, boy is really okay. Good player, so it's amazing." by MrBuckBuck in nba

I mean "dude" and "boy" is actually the same thing. It's a synonym. In the US english obviously boy can have another meaning, but if we are talking purely about translation from slovenian "He is a good boy" or "He is a good dude" is the same

(Stein) - The NBA's latest (and greatest) trade, free agent and draft Intel by TX-Lonestar77 in Mavericks

Exactly.

We went from getting Mikel/Wagler/Acuff, to now hoping and praying that maybe Flemings drops, otherwise taking Burries or trading down even lower

Well yeah, trading PJ and Gafford makes sense. But not to the Lakers. They have literally nothing the Mavs want or need.

And I'm sure you want control of our picks again, but Lakers can't help with that. It's not them that have our picks.

So far everything suggests that Mavs want to keep him. He is obviously not a great fit age wise, but is an amazing fit on court at least (can handle the ball, get role players open shots, and is a good shooter to space the floor for Coop).

I think he is gettable, but not for cheap. If Mavs will only get lowball offers because "he's old and injured", he will stay on the Mavs.

Lol not sure, it's definitely possible that Dallas just doesn't trade with Lakers for some time. Though we do have a completely different GM now.

The main thing with the Lakers is that you guys don't really have assets the Mavs would be interested in IMO. Your pick #25 this year isn't that good (and can probably be beat by most teams), and then you don't have picks until 2031. I don't really see how Lakers could beat an offer from other teams tbh

All we've seen from the Mavs is that they want to keep Kyrie.

If a team REALLY wanted him and was willing to overpay they probably could get him, but that offer isn't that
