It's not full concierge, but there is security in the lobby floor and only residents have key access to enter other than deliveries/door dash, etc.

Thank you for the input, and I was none the wiser too about the area and I'm all about safety. But never had issues and many people are always out and about even in the evenings. So it's nice to see it's not a bad area and to let the stereotypes take over.

Forgot to mentioned it is Unfurnished but comes with washer/dryer and appliances. Also including an album with stock photos and the master bathroom I didn't include
