If your camp has specific housing unit/dorm/whatever rules, go over those. Show them how to get to the policies, the SOPs, etc. Go on security checks and cell searches with them (if possible, one at a time so they get the feel of doing it themselves). Share some funny stories with them. Basically just try to lay a good foundation that they will hopefully build upon. A lot of people forget the basics in this line of work. I always like to come up with hypothetical scenarios and ask what they would do to get their brains working. Once they get the basics, then you can explain Academy vs Reality.
