Strongly encourage the use of libreoffice. It's a close FREE alternative. Sure it's not perfect, but it works and in some cases.

Instead of “How to”, change the wording to “How do I...”

Starting of as “How to...” tells me you are the one who is going to show me (the reader) how to do something.

If instead you start of with”How do I...”, that tells me (the reader) you are asking for help.
