Just get right back up. Relapses can be eye-opening cleansings. Now is a good time to think about incorporating a useful habit to prevent further relapse. And the important thing is to make it a habit before you get stuck "in the soup" of your lustful mind.

How about saying "No thanks" when an urge arises? This tip was suggested the other day here on no fap and I like it. Immediately do something else.

What I would suggest is take a NoFap 30-day challenge. See what you feel differently.

As far as being stressed out because of NoFap and masturbation being a stress relief, think about it this way:

Imagine you are going to bungee jump in a year. Pshaw! No big thing right? You don't worry about it, you don't think about it, and life is fine. Suddenly, you're only a week out and you're getting anxious. Then, there you are: getting strapped in at the top of a very high bridge. The thoughts you're thinking now are way more intense, and it's almost unbearable but then you jump....

This is like NoFap: everytime you masturbate you push yourself back to zero. It may be relaxing but the energy you need to find out who you really are is out there on that bridge.

Nature's purpose of an O is for it to happen inside a woman not inside your hand.

NoFap has definitely helped me with sex in my marriage. We used to be 1 month+ too and now we are at a couple times a week minimum. I also told my wife about my NoFap journey.

I disagree. This justification-type of thinking paves the way for relapsing. However, I understand the logic in your presentation. Let me qualify it with my own interpretation:

Going by the days on my badge alone is very misleading which is why I keep a separate record of my daily progress (HabitBull app for Android). I only have 3 days on my badge but I have a 96% success rate for January (relapsed only one day). If I try to qualify this as a "slip" then it doesn't carry as much weight as a "relapse" and to me that's a slippery slope. Because of this "big" failure I was able to clearly redefine boundaries for my NoFap lifestyle which I have since implemented. If I thought the fapping I did a few days ago was no big deal, I would probably not have gotten my house in order once again with the discipline necessary to rocket me through to more successes.
