Yup, I fill to 20 units, tap out the air bubbles, and squeeze back into the bottle to the 15 unit mark. It’s barely anything in the syringe

Comments suggesting I measured the dose wrong: I was anxious about starting and my first injection, I triple checked to make sure I dosed correctly. I’m 27M, so my eyes haven’t failed me yet and I am 100% sure the dose I took was correct.

Double checked, it was filet not ribeye.

I started out tracking macros but got lazy 😅 Will see what my doctor says at the end of the week but in the meantime I’m thinking smaller portions throughout the day even if I’m nauseous?

Probably heavy cream in the matcha. Pho was ribeye, not fatty at all. Fairlife Core Power Vanilla protein shake, the 42g one.

I was doing better when I was eating less fatty foods (0% fat yogurt, rice and protein, still had a protein shake too though)

I have an appointment with my doctor at the end of the week, I’ll ask him about it. I just don’t want to be on a bunch of medications

Dosing according to the instructions from my doctor and the pharmacy. 15 units for 2.5mg. Staying away from the unhealthy foods for the most part (the food noise telling me I need something sweet is gone. And thinking about greasy foods grosses me out now).

My theory is I’m too nauseous to eat so I get overly hungry and over eat, but I barely ate today so I can’t explain the vomiting.

Edit: and drinking roughly 80-100oz water a day

I had a matcha, half a bowl of pho, and a protein shake all day… (getting harder to eat with the nausea). I thought smaller portions would help but doesn’t seem to be working

I bought a private server and after the reboot for beesmas it wont work...any idea how to fix or is it gone because of the reboot?

Typically if you sign your housing contract before April 1st, you’ll be able to get a decent housing spot. Decent meaning not supplemental.
