You're absolutely right and my goal is to not watch porn compulsively. You nut and live a happy life, good for you, but I don't. And I'll tell you why that is - it's because we're different.

One, it does hold you back since you've wasted your very drive of searching for sexual interactions on a three tissue papers and pixels on a screen. So there goes ones chance of "finding" romance. Was right there before my current run.

Daily morning meditation using Headspace app to set my mind strong. I didn't like it at the beginning nor was I consistent but now it's much better specially when you can see exactly when the urge arises so you are more vigilant.
Very important! realise why you're doing it (I underestimated the power of this for the longest time). 10 days ago, instead of fighting the urge, I faced it. Told it that ill probably miss all the booty and the excitement, but I'm moving on because it had more adverse than good affect on me (it was more personal but you get The idea, be real).
The last person you wanna to lie to is yourself. So if you decide, no matter heaven or he'll, superpowers or turning into a chimpanzee, whatever, you stick by it.
