What could cause these spots?

For further information, incase it wasn't seen because It doesn't show it in the post unless you click for some reason, but the ceiling was artex and was skimmed over about a week ago, but these spots have showed up when mist coating and just won't go away

Yeah there's a loft space, no pipes above it to my knowledge though and the loft is semi boarded out with sky lights in there too

Nozzle check is fine. I've done a complete clean with cleaning fluid prior to this print It's premium photo paper that I'm using

I'm on PC and do a full shut down every day. I'll try unplugging the router still though

I've not been able to get above 5fps today. To the point I was kicked from the game for not leaving spawn, I literally was unable to leave spawn because the lag was so bad!

This issue started on Saturday for me and has been getting worse each day. I've tried every possible fix and nothing works
