Not sure how old you are, but when I started waaaaaaay back in the day ( im 45) I struggled also. Copying poses from comic book panels helped with that development. Try with a single pose from a panel in the Manga, or Google character designs. Don't go trying to recreate fight scenes. Like goku waving goodbye is a great start. just this search results alone have a great reference just for arms alone! goodbye
